BBQ - The Sauce Of Life
I am getting really excited about our upcoming vacation to Memphis. So to help kick start the vacation I cooked some baby back ribs in a Memphis style sauce.
It was fun and long over due.
Check out the recipe for the sauce.
1 Quart Crushed Tomatoes
1 Cup Of Water
1/2 Pack Of Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Chili Powder (MAIN INGREDIENT)
1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1.5 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
5 Bay Leaves
2 Tablespoons of Chopped Onions
2 Tablespoons of Distilled Vinegar
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
In large saucepan, combine ingredients
Bring to boil, reduce to low, simmer for 1 hour
Remove bay leaves
Serve Warm
Refridge left overs for up to three weeks
Enjoy!
